For 63-year-old James, the personal banker feel he receives is one of the primary reasons he has remained a Credit Union member for more than 20 years.

Now retired from USAA, James joined the Credit Union when he was working for Sabre and he says we’ve always been there for him when he needed a product or service for he and his wife as well as his three sons.

When purchasing a new car, he turned to our Flower Mound branch to help with the process, but things didn’t quite go as planned.

“The car I was supposed to have delivered never showed up, so the dealership gave me another car,” he said. “The Credit Union had to reverse the original loan and redo it for the actual car I received.”

Flower Mound Branch Manager Traci Belue was on vacation at the time, but that didn’t stop her from making sure James was able to complete the process.

“She took time while on vacation to make sure the loan was handled correctly and I could take possession of the car,” James said.

Knowing that the Credit Union always has his back gives James the peace of mind to focus on more important issues, like working on his putting game and staying out of the sand traps on regular golf outings.
